Father in Heaven, I confess the worship of other gods in the form of Yoga, Meditation, Cong Fu, Tai Chi and Karate (Name the one that fits you). I ask your forgiveness for my ignorance and here and now renounce these practices and all its spiritual and physical implications.
I break the power of the spirits involved in them and any ungodly soul ties I may have developed with any masters or teachers of them or any gurus. I commit myself to destroy and burn all clothing or other artifacts connected with Yoga and Martial Arts. I will have no traces of them in my life, not even as “souvenirs!” in Yeshua’s name! Father thank you that the Blood of Yeshua cleanses me from all sin and sets me free from all unrighteousness!
